His Father Abraham made a declaration of faith."The Lord God which took me from my father's house...............;he shall send his angel before thee and thou shall take a wife unto my son from thence"(Genesis 24:7)
Isaac heard his father and meditated on the word of his father.
As he was meditating in the field, the Holy Spirit witnessed to him(Acts 10:19) to lift up his eyes(Genesis 24:63)
Isaac obeyed and saw and beheld his wife, Rebekah.
That is how we operate our faith in the promises of God. Without meditating we cannot receive God's blessings as we should.
God bless you
This is a blog to encourage you who are in Christ to walk in the abundant life purchased for you through the blood shed on the Cross.

Let Jesus be the King of your Soul
Text: 1 John 4:9-12 , Galatians 2:20, Romans 12:1-2, Jeremiah 10:23
The Kingdom of God is within us.(Luke 17:21).We should yield our soul(mind, will and emotion) to the ruler ship of King Jesus inside our spirit man . We should love righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost and hate iniquity
God made us to be dependent on Him. Until we yield our soul to the king, we will not be happy and cannot fulfill our destiny on this earth.
We should present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God daily(Romans 12:1-2), and let the Potter walk in us to will and do of his good pleasure(Philippians 2:13) by renewing our mind to do his good, acceptable and perfect will
We should live our life through Christ. We should always enquire “Lord, what will you have me do, say or think, wear, eat “ etc. Daniel purposed in his heart not to defile himself with the king’s meat (Daniel 1:8), and in Daniel 1:17, he was given wisdom, understanding and knowledge along with his other three brethren after he enquired from God.
Joseph purposed in heart not to sin against God, and God helped him(Genesis 39 :9) .Pharaoh confirmed divine wisdom operating in Joseph(Genesis 41:39).
We should purpose in our heart to live our lives in word in deed and in thoughts all to the glory of God.(1 Corinthians 10:31). The fear of God is to depart from evil, keep our tongue from speaking evil, our lips from speaking lies; seek peace and pursue peace wherever we are. (Psalm 34:11-14)

God is your Shield and your exceeding great Reward-Genesis 15:3, Psalm 142:5, 16:5.
God was speaking to Abram after Melchizedek, king of Salem had blessed him, saying He is Abram’s reward. Even though Abraham was rich in all things and children; but God is saying his reward is Himself. What greater blessing can one have, but God Himself. That means God and all God has is Abraham’s reward and shield or protection(Romans 4:13).We are Abraham’s seed and heirs of God through Christ(Galatians 3:29, 4:7) today, therefore God and our Lord Jesus Christ is our reward.
In Psalm 142:5, David in the time of trouble when he was hiding in a cave said “ O Lord thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living”. So from today let your attention, desire and pursuit be your one and only need: Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Understand the revelation that God in Jesus is all you need for this life and the life to come. With God, all your soulish(emotional), spiritual and physical needs are automatically supplied by Him.
God wanted to bless mankind that was under the curse of sin from the Adam. He gave us Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son as our Blessing. As we receive and confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we are saved and blessed. Jesus is the way to God, the truth of God and the life of God. (John 14:6).STOP PURSIUNG THINGS; RATHER PURSUE GOD AND OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. That is the secret to enjoying abundant life in Christ. When you pursue you will end up in the grave; but when you pursue Jesus Christ and God the Father you will end up in God and blessing. So Make a choice today.
Therefore Acknowledge Jesus, Seek Him, and Appreciate Him, Converse with Him, Honor Him, Praise Him, Enjoy His presence. Let His glory and honor and praise and majesty be your second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day , week by week, month by month, and year by year pursuit and desire. Let His infinite unconditional love and His commandment be your desire and pursuit.
Distribute this agape love, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost you are enjoying from Jesus Christ to all the people you come across in words, deed and thoughts.
The Bible says in Colossians 3:17 and 22, that whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and do it heartily, giving thanks to God the Father by Him, knowing of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance; for ye serve the Lord.
In 1 Corinthians 10:31, the Bible says whether we eat or drink, or whatsoever we do, do all to the glory of God.
From this day onward let your singular pursuit in life be Jesus Christ and the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Then life will start bearing its true meaning to you and to all around. When you seek Him and find Him, the power to do good works are with Him and will be in You. Obedience becomes a way of life. He is our obedience and without Him we cannot obey (1 John 15:5)

How the Kingdom of God Works -Mark 4: 13-29
The blessing of believers are located in the Kingdom of God. It is the Father’s good pleasure to give us the kingdom (Luke 11:32).This kingdom is neither here nor there; it is within the believer(Luke 17:21).The Lord Jesus told us in Matthew 6:33, that as we seek the kingdom of God and it’s righteousness, all we need are added to us. The scriptures tell us in Romans 14:17, that the kingdom of God is not meat and drinks, but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Our text tells us that the Kingdom of God is as if a man should cast seed into the ground. The seed is the Word of God. The ground is our hearts not our heads. Once we declare the word of God through saying, confession or prayer concerning any issue, the process of seed, time and harvest is commenced(Genesis 8:22). Each seed have differing periods of germination. We shall first see the blade, the ear of the full corn and finally the full corn (Mark 4:26-29).
Initially we receive the harvest in a trickle depending on the seed gestation period and ultimately the full blown blessing. For example for healing, we may experience an initial relief from pain (the ear), followed by a greater degree of healing unto full manifestation of wholeness. We must not abort the fruiting process before full manifestation. Whilst waiting we should continue to give thanks for the “blade” measure of the blessing, to receive the wholeness from the Lord. Remember the case of the ten lepers in Luke 17:11-19. Only one of the ten, according the blade measure of blessing and gave thanks, and God proceeded to make him, whole-the full corn. So we must acknowledge the receipt of the “blade” measure of our blessings in order to receive full blessings. That is how the Kingdom of God works.
We can also receive instantaneous healing based on the spiritual gifts or the faith some minister is releasing, but this is not the best, because when the enemy challenges your faith later, there may be no word foundation to resist him;, and the offences in our lives may make a shipwreck of the blessing (John 5:13-14, Matthew 12:43-45, 1 Timothy 1:19)

What is the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ?Matthew 6:33, Luke 12:32, Romans 14:17
When we receive Christ into our hearts as Lord and Savior, we became children of God (John 1:12), and God delivers us from the power of darkness and translates us into the Kingdom of His dear Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ; sanctifies us and gives us the inheritance reserved for the saints(Acts 20:32, 26:18, Colossians 1:13). Ultimately, Jesus Christ will deliver His kingdom to God, the Father, so that God will be all in all. (1 Corinthians 15:24).We are given the gospel of the kingdom to preach to the world as our assignment here on earth especially for them that God hath ordained from the foundation of the world.(Matthew 4:23, 9:35, and 24:14).
Jesus Christ is the King of kings and the High Priest in the kingdom. Believers are kings and priests to the glory of the Father (Revelation 1:5-6)
The blessings of believers are located in the kingdom. It is the Father’s good pleasure to give us the kingdom (Luke 12:32).The Lord Jesus told us in Matthew 6:33, that as we seek the kingdom of God and its righteousness first and formost, all we need are added to us. The scriptures tell us in Romans 14:17, that the kingdom of God is not meat and drinks, but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
So as we seek righteousness: Jesus is our Righteousness in the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 1:30, 2 Corinthians 5:21); as we seek peace: Jesus is our peace in the Holy Ghost(Isaiah 9:6, Ephesians 2:14); as we seek joy: Jesus is our joy in the Holy Ghost(Jeremiah 16:15,John 1:1,14), all our needs for this life and for godliness are added to us.
Therefore Jesus Christ is the totality of kingdom of God. HE IS ALL OUR NEED . Him only we should seek always for all our needs to be met. When we come to Him, our soul and spirit will not hunger, and when we believe in Him, our soul and spirit will not thirst (John 6:35). And all our physical needs are added to us .
Will you seek Him only today to receive the bread of life (the Word of God) to satisfy your hungry soul and spirit, and to receive the rivers of living water-the Holy Spirit to satisfy the thirst of your soul and spirit. Remember yesterday’s bread and water are not enough for today. Get new bread and water every day for the nourishment of your soul and spirit.
God bless you as you do so.

What is your motive in what you are doing now? Examine yourself!
Text: 2 Chronicles 25:2.
King Amaziah did all that was right in the sight of the lord but not with a perfect heart. Why do I go to church? Why did I say what I said? Why did I do this or that? The motive in your heart for doing more than what actually you did , is what commands supernatural attention .In Proverbs 15:3, we are told that God’s eyes is in every where beholding the good and the evil and in 2 Chronicles 16:9, we are told that God’s eyes is moving to and fro all over the earth to make himself strong on those whose heart is perfect towards him. God’s eyes are all over the earth to see the motivation in the hearts of men. Deuteronomy 8:2 tells us that God led the children of Israel through the wilderness for forty years to know what was in their heart, whether they would seek for his glory and rely on him or rely on themselves or seek their gown glory..
Our prayers are sometimes delayed because our motivation is wrong (James 4:3). Our tithing and offering and charitable activities sometimes do not command the expected harvest because our motivation is wrong. We should have one and only singular motive! Love of God and men all to the glory of God (2Corinthians 10:31, Colossians 3:17)
All God’s blessings are predicated on our response to the love He had shown to us by sending His only begotten Son to suffer and die to redeem us from our iniquities, and the glorious resurrection to make us walk in the newness of life.(John 3:16, Acts 3:26, 1 Corinthians 2:9, 13:3, Psalm 91:14, Proverbs 23:26)
